Halloween (1978) - Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream…Well, it’s not a nursery rhyme, but the song still sort of crept me out when I was a little boy.
“Late last night and the night before, Tommyknockers, Tommyknockers, knocking at the door. I want to go out, don’t know if I can, ’cause I’m so afraid of the Tommyknocker man.” That’s the only other one I can think of. None beats Freddy’s though.
I think this is from Identity:
As I was walking up the stairs,
I met a man who wasn’t there
He wasn’t there again today
I wish, I wish he’d go away
That kinda creeps me out.
