I loved this song back in the day. Never realized it was about Vanilla Ice. Now it all makes sense!
These guys sampled from Peter Gabriel’s “Sledgehammer”. Doesn’t sound bad though. Sounds like they sample from other songs as well like The Who’s “Eminence Front” when the keyboard part comes in.
vanilla ice just sampled queen like every other rap song back then samples an something from the past.

I noticed that as well they basicly took there hole back round music from sledgehammer. I’shocked nobody called them on that back when this was new.

This song has sampled also , Sledgehammer by Peter Gabriel , so it is kind of funny they are talking shit about Ice and they sampled also. LOL.
