I use to like this video when I watched Sesame Street 30 years ago. I remember Lance was the head person of this video and Little Miss Muffet put the spider costume on the blue muppet then, after she put the spider costume on the blue muppet, it frightened Miss Muffet away.

i love EVERYTHING about this skit, =)) The prima donna acting, the very blase voice-over, the trying-to-placate director, the adorable Anything Muppet… This brings back such HAPPY memories!

Yes. Jim Henson performed Lance’s voice, and Jerry Nelson performed the blue muppet who’s supposed to be the spider.

Lance must be related to Guy Smiley, since it’s the same puppet pattern and the same voice, Jim Henson.
